Councilor Harris has already made in District 9:
Metropolitan Redevelopment Plan - worked with the public and local agencies to identify projects that will assist the East Central
Redevelopment Project.
Traffic Issues - collaborated with local and state agencies to install gates on entrances to interstate to prevent access during emergency conditions.
Manzano Open Space - working with City agencies and the local Neighborhood Association, negotiated a permanent gate to prevent general access to any development through the Manzano Open Space.
